Robyn and I met up with Brieanna and Michael at the Historical Depot in Wayzata for their engagement session. The weather could not have been better. We all had a great time exploring and making images together. During this session we created my favorite engagement image of the season so far. Read on….and please vote for your favorite photos. We love the feedback. ~ Scott & Robyn

We added a historical feel to this image to match the location.

Robyn and I enjoying shooting together and capturing different angles of the same action. This was the low angle....

...being three inches taller, I took the high angle.

I love the sun in the background shining down on Brieanne and Micheal. This is my favorite photo of the year so far. It's the light!

Before walking downtown we found a really cool chair. We all saw it and agreed..."It matches Micheal's shirt"

On the walk downtown a train passed by. I slowed down my shutter to get the train to blur in the background. Cool background!

For fun we had Brieanna and Michael jump. Out of 7 jumps Micheals gave us 7 different expression. What a talent!

One last photo at The Depot before parting. Thanks you two. We are looking forward to your wedding this November.
We had a great time with Laurie and Bobby a few nights ago on their engagement session. Before we went out to shoot they told us they wanted some photos against walls. We found some great textured walls to work with on the shoot. Laurie and Bobby, you’re such an easy going and fun couple to work with. We are excited to shoot your St. Paul wedding next December.

Guess what day Laurie and Bobby are being married on?

Bobby runs along on the Robert Street bridge a lot, so we wanted to use it in some images.

Last month Sienna (our 11 month old daughter) and I headed to Arden Hills for a photo shoot with baby Eamon and family. Sienna was quite the trooper, jumping in her doorway jumper for most of the shoot. Baby Eamon was the perfect little model, and gave me many sweet expressions. Here’s just a few of my favorites. Thank you Caitlin, James, and Eamon for a fun-filled evening! Enjoy!

Sienna was tuckered out from the fun evening and slept the whole way home. I think she found a new friend :o). Thanks Caitlin, James, and Eamon! Till next time. -Robyn & Sienna
